Born in Rio de Janeiro, Carolina Brasil graduated from the University of Miami in 2007 and founded a clothing company the same year. In 2008 she showed her brand at Nolcha New York Fashion Week as an emerging designer, then ran branding, marketing and sales for the resort-wear line in Japan, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Greece and Brazil.
She studied journalism in 2012, wrote for magazines and newspapers, and opened a PR agency the following year. In 2018 she founded Crossing Networks, connecting foreign talent, brands and investors to American productions; product placement and brand integration are among her specialties. As an actress she appeared in Brazilian soap operas and in films in Brazil and the United States.
In Los Angeles she co-founded Stone Horus Media and became an executive producer on films distributed by Lionsgate, Paramount and Saban. In 2026 she founded Krystal Entertainment, presented two features at the Marché du Film in Cannes and is building a production base in the Philippines.
