The method

Pressure breaks most things. In the right hands, it makes crystal.

Every film is a company: it raises capital, hires a crew, manages risk and has to deliver a return. Krystal Entertainment is named after what comes back when something breaks: harder, clearer, impossible to shatter twice.

01About

Producer, founder, bridge.

Brazilian-American executive producer based in Los Angeles and Miami, with twenty-five producing credits and three companies built along the way.

Carolina Brasil
Los Angeles

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Carolina Brasil graduated from the University of Miami in 2007 and founded a clothing company the same year. In 2008 she showed her brand at Nolcha New York Fashion Week as an emerging designer, then ran branding, marketing and sales for the resort-wear line in Japan, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Greece and Brazil.

She studied journalism in 2012, wrote for magazines and newspapers, and opened a PR agency the following year. In 2018 she founded Crossing Networks, connecting foreign talent, brands and investors to American productions; product placement and brand integration are among her specialties. As an actress she appeared in Brazilian soap operas and in films in Brazil and the United States.

In Los Angeles she co-founded Stone Horus Media and became an executive producer on films distributed by Lionsgate, Paramount and Saban. In 2026 she founded Krystal Entertainment, presented two features at the Marché du Film in Cannes and is building a production base in the Philippines.

The story

From a runway in New York to the Palais des Festivals in Cannes: every chapter was a company before it was a credit.

Act I2007

Rio, Miami and the runway

Born in Rio de Janeiro to a family from Bahia, Carolina graduated from the University of Miami in 2007 and founded a resort-wear brand the same year: 700 pieces sold in the first month. In 2008 she was invited to show the collection at Nolcha New York Fashion Week as an emerging designer, then ran branding, marketing and sales in Japan, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Greece and Brazil.

Krystal Entertainment

In 2026 she founded Krystal Entertainment. The company opened the year with West Village, an eight-episode series shot in New York with Gregori Martin, presented The Darkness Returns and Deixe-me Viver at the Marché du Film in Cannes, and is now building a production base in the Philippines with Jared Cohn, aiming at one film a month. Next: an investment pool for women-led projects, and a book.
